Abu Dhabi: In a move signalling a significant leap in regional security, New Zealand-based Gallagher Security has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL) of the UAE, promising to deliver cutting-edge facility management solutions to defence and government sites across the Middle East.
The agreement, forged during the prestigious International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi, was witnessed by the New Zealand Ambassador to the UAE, underscoring the strategic importance of this collaboration.
Gallagher’s flagship offering, the Command Centre platform, took centre stage at IDEX. This unified system seamlessly integrates intruder alarms, access control, and perimeter security, offering a holistic approach to site management. The company also showcased its innovative integration with Digital Twin technology, allowing for a virtual representation of physical environments and enhancing real-time monitoring and decision-making.
This integration will significantly bolster GAL’s security capabilities, particularly for government and military clients. By connecting IoT sensors, cameras, and enterprise systems, the Digital Twin platform provides a dynamic and precise view of operations, ensuring robust security management.
